Meet The Team
Jodie is an ex-dancer with over 19 years of experience in the fitness industry including personal training, teaching fitness and Pilates classes in private, group and corporate settings, with a specialisation in lower back pain management. Her own experience with long term back pain and spinal surgery has deepened her ability to empathise with and understand patients with chronic pain, and injuries that prevent them from doing what they love.
Jodie's background in movement and teaching as well as her Osteopathy training has given her the experience, knowledge and passion, as well as excellent communication and hands-on skills to deliver exceptional patient care.
Jodie also offers Osteopathy, Sports Massage, Dry-needling and Pilates at Duo Clinic.
Michele comes from an extensive and successful career in Corporate and Sports Event Management including working for the FEI, an International Sports Federation in Switzerland. Always driven by her work, Michele desired a more hands on approach helping others, especially in respect to rehabilitation and overcoming injuries, hence pursuing her Level 3 REPS Personal Training Qualification and her Diploma in Nutrition and Weight Management. Michele is also on her way to completing her GP referral and Level 4 qualifications.
Michele loves to create bespoke workouts enabling her clients to return safely to training following injury or illness. Having experienced a number of sporting injuries herself, she understands and respects the physical and mental hurdles we undergo when returning to exercise. Focusing on technique and control, she instils her clients with confidence and motivation to achieve their goals and most importantly, enjoy their sessions.
